Research & Development Center
Cocoa360 Center is our award-winning field R&D site in Tarkwa Breman, Ghana, the world’s only center for healthcare that works for cash crop farmers and their schoolchildren.
Every protocol in the FarmerHealth Kit was developed, tested, and validated here.
What happens at the Center
Most programs treat education, healthcare, and agriculture as separate problems. We built ours as a single, interconnected system—because the exposures that steal potential in schools and claim lives in the clinic come from the same farms that feed families.
A school. A clinic. A farm. One system.
Our Center models the screening, referral, treatment, and adherence loop.

School
Teachers screen children for signs of exposure-linked brain damage like attention problems. Monthly PTA meetings bring parents for their screenings.

Clinic
Referrals from the school land here. Staff diagnose, treat, and track occupational conditions that would otherwise go undetected until it's too late.

Farm
We develop protocols that reduce exposures at the source, before they become conditions. We also model participation principles for communities to self-fund their care.

Why it matters
FarmerHealth is the scaling arm. The Center is where we prove it works.
Before a protocol enters the kit, it runs here. Before a training module ships, teachers here validate it. Before we publish outcomes, the data comes from here.
